I bought a pair of Louboutin shoes on ioffer a couple of weeks ago.  I had previously bought 5 times from different sellers on ioffer and all transactions were correct.  The thing is, I started reading comments about the seller posted in different ads and it turned out three people had been cheated by getting sent a wallet instead of 6 or 1 pair of shoes they had paid for.  As I smelled a rat, I filed a Paypal dispute and they said as it was a purchase out of Ebay they couldnīt do anything as they didnīt offer consumerīs protection.  My mistake was to file the dispute before getting my package.  Then the seller got out of Ioffer, he was no longer a member.

When I got the package, the postman came with a flat A3 size envelope.  By touching it, I think it contained a very small cardboard box which was empty.  That was last Thursday, I refused the envelope which is now being returned to sender.  I have tried to open a new case for the sake of non-received item but the Paypal system doesnīt let me do so.

My big question is, if I do a chargeback at my bank, would Paypal block or close my account?  I can file a chargeback as I paid by Credit Card through Paypal, but I have high on-line buying activity and Iīm scared of getting my Paypal account closed.  I have almost 600 positive-rated transactions with Paypal.

All
I have also been scammed by Apple supplier trade CO. LTD on the this EC Plaza Website.
But we don't have to take it.

I am filing a Class Action Lawsuit against EC Plaza.
I have already found a law firm that is willing to take on the matter free of charge until the lawsuit is won.
If you want to be part of it, contact me at  " ecplazasuit@yahoo.com"

After contacting me, gather all email correspondence, and documentation you have between you and the supplier that scammed you on EC Plaza.

I am not going to let this matter just fade away, and with the hundreds of other individuals scammed out of thousands of dollars, it won't!

Please forward this to anyone you think could benefit from this.
